The outbreak of the pandemic in 2020 has brought online education into the lives of almost every student. Undeniably, this new type of teaching mode has become a trend. However, is distance education an inhibitor or an incubator for the development of adolescents' social skills? Studying indoors saves time and energy, but it also builds an invisible wall among teenagers who are at the stage of rapid mental and psychological development. We have invited three experts to discuss how to improve peer interaction in the background of distance education.
